Enclave at Woodcrest Station

This is a wonderful option for students. It is conveniently located across the street from Woodcrest station, which can take you into Philadelphia or nearby areas, and the highway. The complex features a beautiful pool, fireplaces, outdoor couches, brand new clubhouse with a gaming area, kitchen, study rooms, and gym. The apartments are really spacious, modern, include brand new appliances, in-unit laundry, and lots of sunlight. It is very quiet at all hours. This is a great place for hosting social gatherings and everyone in the complex is really friendly, including management. I have nothing bad to say about this apartment and have lived here for 2 years.

I like the proximity to the PATCO station (into Philly), Stratford and Sewell campuses, and the Cherry Hill area (lots of shopping, eating, and grocery shopping places).

I have had a comfortable and enjoyable living experience thus far. Enclave offers a variety of different amenities and floor plans to fit your needs. It also offers a very good social environment with a fair amount of other Rowan medical students living here. Rent is on the pricier side compared to the other apartments in the area, but it is hard to beat the location (Cherry Hill) and the offerings of Enclave.

The Enclave is amazing in so many ways! While it is on the pricier side, I truly believe it has everything you could need. I live in the only available studio but it is honestly really well sized with great storage/closet space. It's 10 minutes from school and there are a couple of other Rowan students here that you can carpool/study with. The apartments are beautiful and spacious with stainless steel appliances. The complex amenities including a pool; gym; clubhouse with games, TVs, lounging areas, patios, and study spaces; fire pits/grills; dog park; and pickleball court are all extremely clean and nice. Additionally, it's right across the street from the PATCO so getting into Philly is really easy. Being so close to the train I have never felt unsafe, so I rate the safety of this complex high. I'm so happy I chose to live here and highly recommend it.

I have so far loved living at The Enclave! It has a lot of great amenities and located in a quite area that is still accessible to Sewell, Stratford, Philly and more!
