1105 Flats atNorth Hills

Overall this is a good apartment. Only 10 minutes from the law building in downtown Raleigh, and fairly cheap. The valet trash is convenient, and the management team are very quick at responding to maintenance requests. My only complaints are that the square footage is very small (only 384 sqf), and the one window in the apartment does not open. Also there are no overhead lights in the kitchen/living room area and I only have a cooktop as opposed to a full range. For me this is fine as I am only one person, but if you like to cook a lot or are living with someone else this may be too limiting for your cooking needs.
