Solo Living

While the apartment is a bit more on the pricey side of student living, it has been absolutely worth living on my own and is the best bang for buck I have found in terms of a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. Having my own space to focus and remove myself from distractions has been extremely beneficial to my mental health and academic success.

New Apartments: Allora Southview

Allora Southview was constructed at the beginning of 2025, so everything is extremely brand new and up to date. The team is extremely communicative and helpful when it comes to any questions or concerns. The complex is about 3 miles south of downtown Raleigh, and approximately 7-10 mins away from the school. Good affordable option for those who have transportation and are looking outside of the downtown area.
