Great, especially for the price

Mostly families living here so it is a relatively quiet community. Pros: Convenient location (right between Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti), clean units with a lot of storage space, maintenance is always quick to fill requests. Cons: An older complex, if you live on the first floor, you can hear creaking of the second-floor neighbors walking above you. Also, a smoking friendly complex so some common areas smell of cigarette smoke. We have not smelled it from inside our unit though.
