Fantastic historic renovation 1b1bath in Arlington Heights
Love this place! The apartment is one of five units in a converted 20th century mansion. The landlord is amazing and so kind, and the place has a lot of character and wonderful sunlight. Water is included, and there is central air, an oven, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The closet space is HUGE as well. Not a ton of storage elsewhere though. I think this apartment would be very ideal for a couple. Not a super walkable neighborhood for restaurants/bars, but is right down the street from the American Horror Story House. The noise from the street is definitely very audible, but the neighborhood is generally quiet.
