Overall a great experience!
Quiet neighborhood, lots of dogs and kids around. People are friendly. Walkable area to grocery store, restaurants, and shops.
Landlord is as good as they come. They answer you quickly and help you through crazy situations (once my rent was late because of a computer glitch, and they were so helpful!).
Regarding negatives, my apartment has had a few bug scares and a mouse. However, the complex has regular exterminator visits, and they can come more regularly (free of charge) if you ask. So yes, there has been a roach and a mouse in my apartment, but they were handled promptly and I haven't seen them since.
