Lovely spot! Further from Campus
Rather small (expected for a studio), no AC (except you can pay a little extra on your rent to have a window unit installed during the summertime), heating is kind of weak during cold months (fine if you have a space heater).
Management is very nice and prompt (every time I've needed maintenance it's been fixed the day of), parking is free and spacious, lovely spot in Ypsilanti. Apt is fairly clean and well maintained. Takes a bit of a drive to get to class and find parking but I enjoy the separation from campus at the end of the day. Ypsi also has great food. Huge windows so you may need to install blinds (if they're not there from the year prior)
