I consider the apartment as OK overall. You get what you paid for. Yes the apartment is old and has roach issues. The price for my floorplan is affordable but in recent years it’s been pricer, so just be aware. It’s in great location, about 10min (or less) of walking distance from the metro station, cvs, and the grocery store. The maintenance team has been responsive too.

The downside:
Roach issues
Lack of sunlight (for my floorplan)
Insulation and water pipe problem (occur for multiple residents)
