It's good
I moved into this apartment at the end of January 2025. It is a new build. It is right by the highway. Overall, I do not have any complaints, just the traffic to get to and from school. We also signed with a deal of 2 months rent free that can be spread out through the rest of our lease, so it is cheaper than a lot of places closer to school.
