Enjoyable Stay

I moved to Cortland Bellevue this year and it has been a wonderful experience so far. For being an apartment complex right off I-40 it is a surprisingly quiet area. I feel safe here and it is nice that I can easily access the interstate. Don't forget to mention that McKay's is right across the road for all the books, records, games, and more. The staff has been so kind and helpful. I would like to shoutout Arkeba for being amazing at what she does. So intentional and really wants the best for each person walking through the door looking for a place to live.

Cortland Bellevue

We really like living in Bellevue! It's a lot quieter, and we are saving a lot of money. The commute isn't too bad. On a bad day, it'll take about 20 minutes to drive to campus.

Home away from home

Young professionals, not many families. Dog park and amazing pools. Updated appliances and includes washer and dryer.
