bad

unresponsive landlord who left me without air conditioning throughout consistent maintenance requests and phone calls from august to december. multiple things broken or damaged when I arrived, paint on the floors, nails sticking in from walls (sharp tip facing out). Certain storage cabinets seen from the tour were painted over so can't be opened. Bugs
