Good Apartment if under 2k
I like the apartment a lot. The amenities are great. There is a bus stop nearby that takes you to the law school. Its modern and the insulation is amazing. Feels spacious. Some small cons: a majority of people here own a dog; it can get annoying with dogs barking at each other at night, but the bedroom has good noise isolation. You have to pay for trash pickup service when it takes me less than a minute to walk down the hall and throw my own trash away. I don't feel that the noise is bad, but I also live on the top floor. If you live on the lower levels it may be an issue, but I can't say. Near asian grocery stores and food which is a huge plus.
