Decent Apt for the Price
The space you get is not bad. You will likely be rooming with UCF or Valencia College students so be prepared for that type of vibe. If you get good roommates, the experience is not bad. It definitely isn't the nicest apartment but it has all of your necessities and is furnished for a cheap price. Parking is free and included. The community feels safe and you're super close to all the food places near UCF. Management is nice and understanding too.
