Convenient location, little pricy for 1 bed
Positives: The apartment is directly across from the KIPP Cooper Norcross academy (right next to CMSRU), making the commute extremely convenient. The apartments are newly refurbished, so they are nice and new on the inside. There are separate AC/heating units in the bedroom and living space that you can control by remote which is very nice.
As far as negatives: the price is a little steep ($1395 for a 1 bed 1 bath), especially with utilities which come out to around $200 a month. There are washers and driers on site but not in the unit, so you have to walk outside to access them. The wifi is not very good.
Overall, it is a nice place to stay if you don't mind paying a little extra. If you can live with a roommate to bring the price down, I would say it would be worth it.
