Great apartment

This is a condo unit for three people. Each person has their own bathroom and we share a kitchen and living room. Also have in-unit washer and dryer. Great price and great location! Also a 10-minute walk from the Bryn Mawr train station for an easy commute.

Great if you are above ground

Living in a basement studio has its drawbacks, but for the price and location this was the best place for me to be.
