Cooper Village
Good apartments and great location for school but overpriced. Does not include water, gas, internet.

Cooper Village 1 bedroom apartment
The apartment is not the most spacious, but it gets the job done for a one bedroom. All of the appliances are in good condition, and it includes a washer/dryer in unit. I had a few issues with maintenance when I first moved in, but they took care of the repairs in a fairly timely manner. It is very close to the school and hospital which is very nice, and the building is secure.

Very Good
Pros - right next to school, reasonable rent, next to patco, in-unit washer and dryer, do not have to shovel, do not have to put garbage on the street
Cons - smaller place, right next to school and not much to do after

Living at Cooper Village
If having a very short and easy commute to school everyday is important to you, then Cooper Village is a good place to live. I will note though that the rent does not include any utilities whatsoever. You have to arrange and pay for wifi, have to pay water (added onto rent in the portal) and a separate gas and electric bill to PSE&G. There were some months where the gas and electric bill was honestly pretty high ($200) for 1 month, not including the water, or WiFi charges. If you are living with a roommate it may be easier to handle, though if you are living by yourself, the costs can add up quite quickly. With that in mind, make sure to have an adequate budget set aside for utilities because the sum may be higher than you anticipate. Additionally, this area is virtually a food dessert. There are not many places to buy food, and those that are nearby close fairly early. If you’re planning to drive to food, plan for at least 15/20minutes for the closest food options. Management has been good so far, no major issues. Note that not all buildings have an elevator. I feel relatively safe living here, but this area can also get quite noisy.

Convenient for med students and healthcare workers
Very nice inside. Washer, dryer, microwave, and dishwasher all in unit. Central AC. Sometimes there are issues with getting deliveries from Amazon, etc. No designated parking but not an issue if you have access to Cooper garages. Not in the safest area but very convenient. Comes furnished but some furniture is very used.

Great Location for Cooper
The apartments are pretty new. They are conveniently located across the street from Cooper Hospital/Med school. They are fully furnished which is great.
There is no parking associated with the apartment complex. The apartments are decently maintained and constructed. Managment is quick to fix any issues that you may report.

Cooper Village
Very close to the medical school so it is super convenient. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed. The biggest issue is with receiving packages as there isn't a central location but it's manageable because the school has a mailing room which students are able to use.

Cooper Village
It has been great. Very close to school, comes pre-furnished, maintenance is quick with fixing things.
Downside - Camden is not the best place to live if you like to have things around you like restaurants, stores, or parks. You probably need a car if you are living in Camden.
