Convenient but pepperdine reslife forgets that it’s not just undergrads who live here!

Off-campus housing is highly recommended

I recommend living off campus. You can save a lot more money and you won’t have to deal with the housing department invasively deciding what rules they would like to enforce depending on the week. Find 2-3 reliable roommates and you’ll be golden!

Pepperdine Drescher apartments

-spacious and clean
-convenient since it is on campus
-building and apartment layout is old and outdated; could definitely be improved
-i wish there was AC and heaters installed
-best if graduate students have an option to get their own bathroom
-no nearby public transit except the school shuttles
