Cheap one-bedroom option

This complex is "fine". The water boiler is a bit old and the water has been shut off a few times for maintenance in the past 6 months. The parking is cheap at least, but all the utilities do add up. The saving grace here is the convenient Koreatown location and the in-unit laundry. If you can find a good roommate go live in a nicer building, but for a couple on a budget the one-bedroom option definitely helps save money.

Good for the most part, slight annoyance

I feel comfortable at the apartment for the most part. It has nice amenities and capabilities in my unit. Parking is convenient and a fair price. Noise from upstairs neighbors can sometimes be annoying, and there is a theft problem with packages. These are easy solutions, but not very convenient. The place is still overall a good stay.

Great location and pet friendly!

A large apartment complex in Koreatown which allows cats and dogs. It's about 15 minutes to USC campus, downtown and Hollywood. Plus a lot of stores and great Korean BBQ restaurants are in walking distance. The building is secure and requires a FOB to access. Each unit comes with a parking spot in the garage (two tandem spots for a two bedroom unit.) Pet rent is about $65 dollars a month per pet. There's a pretty courtyard area with palm trees, a swimming pool, barbeque area, and hot tub. There's a gym, but it doesn't have the most modern equipment.

Very Good

Pros: Nice community complex with parking and 24/7 security.
Lease office very nice and experienced.
7 min walk from the metro.
Cons: I don't like Ktown because of the concentration of homeless people, though the food is great!
