Pretty Decent
I think the price is pretty fair for living in Portland. The apartment is a little outdated but there have been no major problems. Some of the problems are that the management isn't super helpful and often you have to call multiple times or actually walk to the front desk to get answers. Also there is an ant problem is our apartment. There are people who come by to "exterminate" every Monday to apartments who need it, which is kind of suspicious that they always have them there. But it has mostly been taken care of. It's fairly close to campus with a less than 15 minute drive. The walls are super thin so get a quiet roommate!
