One bad thing
Great place to live. Very nice apartments that have great views. Only issue is they are finishing up some construction, however, that will be done early 2019.

Sunset Summit
Decently sized, carpeted throughout, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, garbage disposal, built-in microwave. Built on top of a hill with gorgeous views from spacious patio. Air conditioned. Walking distance to grocery store and strip mall with food, Starbucks, dry cleaner, dentist, pilates, pizza, salon, etc. When there is ice and snow, chains required to access apartment, bus line usually suspended. 5 minutes from downtown with more amenities and greater value per square footage.
