Building is fine, unit itself is great

Management is nice and accommodating. Gym and pool areas are nice and not too crowded. Parking sort of sucks - not assigned and tight spots, however there is always a spot available. Easy ~4 block walk to Owen Grad School of Mgmt. No trouble with noise from other residents, more street noise that can be irritating (helicopters and sirens from hospital across the street). Easy walk to Centennial Park. I have never felt unsafe in and around the building. My 1 bed/1 bath is ~850 sq feet with a washer/dryer, dish washer, ice maker in fridge, walk-in closet, balcony, and of course air conditioning. Tons of floor to ceiling windows so FABULOUS natural light (why I picked the apartment).

Great Spot

It’s a clean building, a decent walk from the law school, and the price is good for the area with a roommate. Staff is very friendly and the apartment is the perfect size for us. We have a trash service and the apartment is pet friendly (Centennial Park is up the street for the doggie). That said it it right next to a hospital so there will be noise (might similar to a lot of places nearby) and we have had cars broken into.

It’s been a great experience living here overall. Management is good and very reachable. Only downside is sometimes the elevator breaks.

.

Less than a 10 minute walk from the law school, so its easy to get to class but you don't feel like you're right on campus. Street noise can be annoying. Management is friendly, helpful, and promptly addresses problems. Enclosed garage parking included.

Infinity Midtown

There is a lot of construction going on during the day. When I first arrived, the parking was very inconvenient, but now, it is great! The managers are really great here too! Super responsive and helpful.

Good experience at convenient location

I have had a good experience with this complex so far. Management is very helpful and responsive, and the apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of campus.

Great! But less-than-mid parking

I love it. The management is great too. Only downside is that the parking spaces are incredibly small.

Apollo Midtown, Best value for being close to campus.

by far the best value appartment with rent per a person being under 1000 dollars and a 7 minute walk to campus (two blocks). DGX (convenience store ) store is walking one block away and plenty of food options across the street. Only downfall is there is only one elevator that is slow, but given the price and how nice the apartment is for the price its not too bad.

Okay but not great

Elevator breaks all the time, parking garage is tight, maintenance takes forever. That being said I like the location.

The Dallas

Location, rent, cleanliness, and quality of this apartment complex are all excellent. There is only one elevator in the complex, so that can create some delays. Currently, there are still a few units that have existing contracts to allow short term rentals (Airbnb). This leads to unwanted noise depending on the renters, but these contracts are being phased out this year. Overall, we’ve enjoyed living at The Dallas the last two years!

I am on the border of Midtown and Music Row so it feels very safe here, there is not tons of traffic which is nice when walking around and even driving whenever I get out in my car, and there is plenty to do with a bunch of restaurants and bars. There is even an outdoor concert every Monday at one of the bars across the street, so I can open my windows and just listen to live music when doing homework - I love it!
very fun atmosphere. Central to everything and lots of restaurants and shopping near by and very close to school. about a 5 minute drive
Everything is a short drive away (15 minutes or less). There are grocery stores, restaurants and bars in the areas so you aren’t missing out on the social experience. This is a more residential corner of the midtown area so you don’t hear traffic/ambulance noise even though there are freeways and hospitals nearby. Close to Centennial Park and Percy Warner Trails so if you enjoy the outdoors this is a nice area to be in.
Midtown is great if you want to live close to campus. Vibrant bar/restaurant scene and short walk to campus. Said "yes" to all the additional questions around safety, family/pet friendly, etc. but you also have to realize it's very much a party area. Division is very popular and as a result, you always have to watch your surroundings and be aware at all times.
Midtown is situated just next to Vanderbilt with tons of fun bars and restaurants
Lots of bars and food places, easy to walk around, safe, vibrant.
Restaurants nearby, quiet, close to gym. I really like it.
Very close to campus and plenty things around to do
