1000/10. Germantown, in my opinion, is the most walkable neighborhood in Nashville. There is so much to do here, its a quick drive to campus and anywhere else, and I absolutely love it. The apartment is mostly folks in their 20s and 30s but a few older couples as well. Lots of community bonding during the warmer months when people spend time at the pool, and they have little social events too (though I usually miss those because of class). The amenities are incredible, management is super responsive (if anything breaks, which is rare, they fix it that day), and we are at the top of Germantown acorss from a community center (so we don't deal with the construction going on further south in the neighborhood). There is also plenty of street parking for guests (also rare if you go further south in Germantown). Honestly cannot recommend this place enough if you can swing it in your budget!

We have lived at the Flats at Taylor Place for 3 years and have really enjoyed the experience. The apartments are large, with new amenities and the building offers a nice roof deck, pool, and gym. It is also in a great, central, walkable area with lots of good food/coffee/drinks nearby. Management is generally very responsive to any needs. Downsides are that other tenants can occasionally be a bit loud, particularly over the summer near the pool, and the rent is more expensive than other locations in Nashville. Quick drive to VUMC (~13 min).

The Flats at Taylor Place is top notch. From the amenities to the staff I could not be happier. You could not ask for a better location. Each apartment home includes a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, sleek brand new appliances and incredible city views. Residents enjoy a 24 Hour Fitness Center, resident clubroom, hot spots, swimming pool with outdoor kitchen, a roof top terrace and a community sky bridge.
