I love that this apartment is close to parks and is away from the business that happens in graduate school. The management is super friendly and they respond within 24-48 of any maintenance request.

Quality for Money
MAA Bellevue is clean, relatively affordable, and comfortably situated near Edwin and Percy Warner Parks. Maintenance can be slow, especially in older units, but overall the property is a pleasant experience with a mix of multiple age groups and family compositions.

Great apartment!
I really like my complex. I live in the phase II side and it is really nice and spacious. I have a huge kitchen with a large kitchen island, walk in closets, very large master bath with two sinks and good size bedrooms. Maintenance is fast and efficient and the management people are nice. Almost everyone here has pets also and there is a small dog park on site along with pet waste stations all over. We also have AT&T fiber which is really helpful for online classes

Great Experience
I enjoyed living here. The one bedroom was quite spacious with a sunroom. It came with a washer and dryer. The front staff was responsive if you entered the office. They are rare to answer the phone. Maintenance always responded to my issues in which I rarely had issues. It was pet friendly, in which they had a dog park and plenty of places for bags. The community was friendly not too noisy. The neighbors were respectful. The gate worked and felt secure. There were rare reports of break-ins. The pool area was nice with a TV, grill, and drink machine. There are three pools. Last the overall community or location was great. Warner Park is right across the street to walk/run for leisure. Easy access to Kroger which is right down the street. Plenty of restaurants and a mini mall outlet within five to ten minutes.
