Pros and Cons of Bell at Courthouse
The apartment keeps the common spaces clean and tidy. Your rent includes the outdoor pool (open April ish - September ish), gym, business center (printing!); it does NOT include parking (but there is a garage for a fee), electricity, water, gas, sewing, wifi. Not sure if they include cable because who uses cable anymore? Pets are an additional fee but the apartment is definitely pet friendly. The apartment is super close to downtown Courthouse but is away enough where you escape the business and most street noise. I assume the apartment is pricey because of the location.
For a one bedroom, the apartment is very spacious. The island allows for kitchen seating and the laundry is right in the bedroom and next to the closet (at least for us). We face west and get a ton of afternoon sun on our balcony and in our living room with tall ceilings and large windows (but that does heat the apartment quite a bit during the warmer months that AC never can combat). The balcony is lovely but smaller.

Nice apartment
Its a very nice apartment with a majority of residents in their later 20s or older. Pet friendly and lots of amenities like a pool, grill, and gym. Staff is very friendly and quick to address any maintenance requests or help in any way they can.

Nice looking
There is a good amount of space and the building looks nice, but they skimped on some construction costs and what you get are windows that dont block sound well, dont contin heat or air conditioning, and the elevator breaks sometimes. Air conditioning does not work very well either. Also Equity often prices residents out by increasing rent over 7 or 8 percent on the year.

Good, but maybe not worth the price
Vista on Courthouse is in a very good location with the Courthouse metro just a 0.4 mile walk away. The amenities are also good with a gym, pool, hot tub and entertainment room. They also have a 24/7 person at the front desk so that makes me feel more secure, and is also helpful in case you forget your key fob. The apartment is also very dog friendly, but does charge ~$70 per month in pet rent and a $500 non-refundable pet deposit. One thing I haven't liked is that the water heater was not able to keep up with demand during the winter months. If you shower in the morning, you may have to wake up a little earlier if you want to have more than a luke-warm shower. Also, the rent does seem a little high compared to other places in the area though. If you like basketball or racquetball, Courtland Towers next door has both of those and is slightly closer to the Courthouse Metro for about the same price.

I love this (expensive) apartment
I know what I'm paying for, and I am definitely paying for it. I've got a 1 and den with 2 bedrooms for me and my husband. We love this apartment though, and if you want to pay for it, it's great.

Excellent
Vista on courthouse is a clean and safe building with updated appliances and tall ceilings. The rent is steep, however, the quality of the location, building and management is worth it. I would recommend 10/10!

Great apartment
We have loved our experience at Vista on Courthouse. The staff couldn't be kinder and more willing to help out with everything or anything a resident needed. Sometimes repairs take a little longer than they should (for example, the building was without water for 12+ hours a few months ago) but the staff and community makes up for it.

Quiet and Safe location
This is a nice apartment building but it could definitely use improvements. Amenities are sub-par compared to other buildings. The management is usually good but I have dealt with some issues. I think the location is the best part of the apartment but it is over-priced.
