I am very satisfied with my choice. Great location and very spacious unit There are two types of studios, I chose the bigger one. Little bit more expensive, but definitely worth the extra charge.

We are very happy with our decision to live in the Rittenhouse Claridge. We feel like we get a lot of value for our money. The apartment is not the most updated but it is still great with lots of space and huge windows that let in sunlight. Included in our rent is water, electric, gas, a nice gym, a large common area that has additional amenities like conference rooms and printers that you can use free. Also building management is very responsive- our requests are typically responded to within a few hours.

It's a great place to live, especially with a pet. Maintenance comes right away if you have an issue. Apartments are light and spacious. People are friendly. The gym and shared space is amazing. My only concern is that security is not tight enough.

Friendly staff, lots of dogs and almost too many Wharton folks.
Make sure you get a renovated apartment, though.

Building is great and the location is awesome. Solid value relative to some other buildings nearby. Gym and amenities are great unless you are doing some power lifting and need squat racks, etc.

Staff is very friendly and maintenance people come right away. Haven't had any issues with neighbors or the building since moving in. Highly recommend

This building has large units and a large common area for tenants. However, it is an old building and sometimes creates some issues with electricity usage limits and outlet locations.

Overall pretty good experience living here. It feels like every other person that lives here is a Wharton Student. Many of the units have been recently renovated and look very nice. Great gym and lounge space as well.

Have lived here for two years, make sure to get a renovated unit. No issues, maintenance is extremely accommodating. Management tends to nickel and dime, need to be careful to make sure you're not charged for extra expenses. Great amenities.
