Post Mass STOLE an almost thousand dollar check out of my mailbox and cashed it. I reported it (and other stolen mail) to the building and the leasing staff claimed to know nothing about it. I only ever got confirmation it was them because when the bank eventually refunded the stolen check (almost two years after I first reported it) they falsely reported it as a debt I owed to a debt collection agency! (And no, they didn’t credit the check towards my rent when they originally stole it out of my mail.) The incompetence is truly next level. Their response to the whole nightmare was essentially “oops sorry.” Save yourself endless headaches and live somewhere else.

Very nice building with great amenities. A little pricey. Parking in the building for $200 per month. Best rooftop in DC. Lot of young people

Post Mass Ave is a nice apartment. I just feel like its overpriced for what you are getting. Comparable places out there for a lot less

Logan Circle is only 10-15 min drive from campus and close to DuPont Circle GUTS. The apartment is very new and modern. It is located right off of 14th street where there are several restaurants and shops.

Loved this apartment. Amazing roof with pool and some of the largest apartment layouts in DC. We had a 1 BR + a Den (great for covid office space.) Maintenance is always very prompt and I really had no sound issues, always slept like a baby.

Post has a very nice roof with great views, a pool, and 3 grills perfect for entertaining people. The gym was recently re-done and is very serviceable. The whole lobby is currently being renovated. And, they serve bagels, donuts, other pastries, coffee, and juice every weekday morning!

Great location and great building overall! You can walk anywhere to City Center to Adams Morgan and there are always a bunch of cab options right off of Mass ave!

The front desk staff, maintenence and cleaning staff is always so friendly and the common areas are very clean.

My only feedback is that I wish there was more monitoring of people entering the building; sometimes there can't be a front desk person and I think someone who has more protective experience should be monitoring people who enter and exit.

This building is the best located and best amenities for around town. Huge complex with lots of young professionals. The pool is the place to be over the summer. Gym inside and they serve breakfast every morning. Apartment has limited windows, bummer for circulation, but other than that it is beautiful and well kept!

Very happy. Safe, convenient, relaxing, but EXPENSIVE. I'm moving because of that last one.
