Regency Apt
Apartments are in good condition, having a garage with apartment is very nice commodity specially during the summer (musty have shade). Wasps problem is a big issue, its not just one building its all of them. Cinema Room, Pool, and Excersie room are nice.

Great Location
It is very close to anything you may need- HEB, WalMart, Target, Sam's Club, etc. The storage room is as large as the bedroom- carpeted and with ceiling fan (it can easily be used as another room). Pet-friendly, has a doggy park on site. Pool and exercise room are in good shape. Only significant problem is some of the structure looks off- door frames not covering all holes in the wall, not built carefully.
