I love the property but the management isn't that good, unfortunately. They are hot and cold. The maintenance staff are really nice, however.

I'm grateful for my experience, but I know others have had different experiences with price, management, and pests.

Sutton Place Apartment Homes is definitely a good place to live for the price. The location is close to several public transportation stops. The gym is good, the building is being renovated. It is walking distance from several restaurants and places.

So far so good. The place is enjoyable and the location is pretty central. No noisy neighbors so that is a plus! A lot of parks are right outside/nearby so my Dog and I love it as it's easy to get to. However I don't feel too comfortable around the area at nighttime sometimes.

Sutton place is really good deal for the price. Location is great, close to the lightrail, union station and purple line. Gym is pretty good and so.is the community room. It's a bit messy when it comes to renew a lease agreement for the first time

Sutton Place is a great place to live. It is bright and airy, and has a great gym, pool and other services. I love that it is a short walk to Mt. Vernon and that the apartment is always making adjustments to make it a safer, cleaner and brighter place to live.

Sutton Place is a great place to live - it's close to all public transportation options in Baltimore (Mt. Royal and Cultural Center Light Rail stops, State Center Metro, Penn Station) and Bolton Hill is a hidden gem right here in the city. The apartments themselves are spacious with an open floor plan and massive balconies and tons of natural light. The pool and other amenities are some of the best you will find in Baltimore, and they are constantly making upgrades all around the apartment. The only downside is that the utilities are not included, and can get a bit high during the summer and winter months. Overall, though, I wouldn't live anywhere else.
