Not worth it
Maybe in a couple of years this place will be okay but right now it's horrible. There are police constantly showing up, and neighbors are very noisy, dirty and inconsiderate. I have neighbors that have left an old washer and used couch outside of their apartment for weeks and nobody has said anything about it or moved it. You can barely navigable the parking lot most days because there are huge potholes. Pet deposits are $400 non-refundable, even for cats or small animals and even with a shorter lease. Your initial deposit is also $400 and non-refundable (i.e., you will not get any of your deposit back at the end of your lease.) The only thing you're really going to get here is a nice, somewhat central location.

Bristol Square
I lived here a few years ago and now im moving back. They are the only ones who work with credit issues and have washer dryer connections. Management has changed and hopefully there will be improvements to the pool area. I got my car broken into once when I lived here before. You just have to be careful if you are going to live here.
