Can't Beat the Location!

Compared to the apartments downtown - the rent is pretty good! The amenities are okay (pool, gym). The rooftop is awesome! Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I don't enjoy paying the shared utilities that amount to $100 / month then you have to pay electricity and internet / cable on top of that. Managed by the Connor Group which is not local...

Good Location

Huge apartment. Nice location, near water. Great rooftop! Easy to have guests visit and park for free. Building is a little older, so you get what you pay for.

South River City Reviews

10 reviews
Great neighborhood to visit, just alright to live in.

- There are lots of restaurants but few are quick serve and many are pricey, so they get old fast.
- Very nice to be next to Zilker and Town Lake, but we don't use it as often as we could. - Being close to a large park that hosts lots of large events and located at a major intersection (Barton Springs and S. Lamar), there are lots of drunks, bad drivers, litterers, and homeless people. Also, lots of aggressive bikers illegally using the sidewalk which makes walking your dog a nuisance.
This complex is south of the river, and south of all the shops/restaurants on South Congress. This makes it close enough to walk to those venues if you want to, but it's also nice to be a little bit separate to the really crowded area.
It is convenient to getting on Town Lake and going down town. Within a few miles of HEB and Trader Joe's. There are a few sketchy people but if you keep your stuff locked up or in your apt you should be fine.
Cute area - close to South Congress / Downtown
Area is great!
Most of MBAs stay north of the river for socializing.
Safe neighborhood.
Lots of families.
Close to one convenience store/gas station.
Close to one bar/restaurant. 5 minute drive to South Congress/Downtown Very quiet. Close to I-35 highway. Pet friendly. Walkable.
Living on South Congress is awesome... close to work and social life.
