Woodbury Gardens reviews and highlights
- best combination of price, amenities, and location
- great neighborhood
- lots of green space, which is great for walking dogs
- serene and removed from noise
- clean and the maintenance team is very responsive
Woodbury is a great place to call home
I have lived at Woodbury Gardens for 3 years now, and I absolutely love it. The management has been very responsive, they offer a long list of amenities, and the apartments themselves are high quality. I also love that they offer a free shuttle driven by Larry, the friendliest guy you'll meet. He really makes the short commute up to the Ross School of Business fun!

Woodbury Gardens - Young couple
Great place to live. Good location and fair price. Apartments are spacious, though a little bit old.

Needed the square footage
A little farther from campus, but shuttle helps the commute to Ross alot. A car is not necessary, but helpful if you decide to stay there. If need a basement, there are townhouses with plenty of basement space to avoid additional storage fees.

Sufficient but nothing to write home about
Woodbury Gardens is a great location. There's a bus stop right outside the complex and also has a shuttle to campus. There is lots of storage in the unit, but the unit isn't very nice. For 2 years, it's doable.

It’s fine.
Bit far from campus but much more space and cheaper than other equivalent places like 618 etc although definitely not as nice.

Place is good, have to be very clear with management
Management will always try to get more money out of you but location, houses and overall quality is great

Woodbury is quiet and great for pets!
Overall I’ve really enjoyed Woodbury. The buildings are a little older so you sometimes have to put in maintenance requests but they’re pretty prompt. Great space for pets, especially with the new dog park! Quiet and lots of Rossers/grad students live there. Really easy to get to/from campus on the free shuttle or AA bus. Not a terrible walk or a cheap lyft/uber if you’re in a pinch. Walkable to awesome grocery store and great coffee shop. More space for your $.

Great balance between location price and space
The office staff are friendly, the daily shuttle is great for getting to class. With the shuttle my commute is <10 minutes to Ross. The gym is nice and it is a very friendly community for pets and families.

Yost Reviews
I haven't had to go to school in person yet (due to the pandemic) - but once things are back in person, I would use the community shuttle to get to campus and possibly back depending on the time of day I head back. Otherwise, I would take the bus or walk. Walking takes about 30 min but the bus will cut down most of that since there is a city stop right at the entrance to Woodbury.
