Pretty good spot
This is your typical apartment, nothing special. But the neighborhood is nice, location is great, maintenance is pretty on top of it and the shuttle, breakfast, clubhouse, dog park and pool are all really nice to have. Overall, not a bad spot to live for a few years. Only a 8 minute bike ride to Ross.

It is great here
Quiet and easy access to Ross. Also, close to Lucky's which is the best business in Michigan.

Relatively Cheap
Good for families, great transport access to Ross, relatively cheap
Management is friendly, very pet-friendly (we have a dog).
Gym is in the clubhouse, mostly cardio.
Far from bars/restaurants, so don't pick it if you want that kind of social life.

Great for families
Woodbury is full of graduate students and families. It's a quiet space with most amenities you could want within walking distance - grocery, gas, pharmacy, restaurants, urgent care, dental, etc. When we aren't using the buses, Uber tends to cost between 5-10 dollars each way to downtown Ann Arbor.

Great Place
This is conveniently located and peaceful. I feel very safe, and I know if I had an issue, management would resolve it. I love that I can walk to the grocery store and have two free options to get to school ( bus or the Woodbury Shuttle). The drawback is that management is unnecessarily strict with shared spaces, so don't expect to be able to reserve the club house or eat in a conference room.

Yost Reviews
I haven't had to go to school in person yet (due to the pandemic) - but once things are back in person, I would use the community shuttle to get to campus and possibly back depending on the time of day I head back. Otherwise, I would take the bus or walk. Walking takes about 30 min but the bus will cut down most of that since there is a city stop right at the entrance to Woodbury.
