Maynard House

Bottom line: This is one of the most undervalued great quality properties in the area close to Ross. All the other similar apartments in the vicinity cost several hundred dollars more.

Pros: close to everything, you don't need a car unless you are going to grocery, Skeeps is one minute walk, quite house full of PhDs, great responsive management, full furnished quality apartment, awesome view on Diag and Bell tower (depends on where your apartment is located), year-round rooftop with wooden deck where you can throw parties (last year we had an amazing Rooftop Sunset Vodka Party there). It is 10 min walk to Ross.

Cons: Skeeps is one minute walk, few parking options in the area, dumpsters could be noisy twice a week, no groceries (Walgreens, 7/11 and CVS don't count)
