No empathy
No empathy Delete
When issues arise, don’t expect support or understanding. Management seems more focused on shifting blame than resolving problems. I was recently accused of harboring a pet—despite the fact that my dog passed away in January. I personally went to the leasing office to inform them and was told no further action was needed. Yet, I later discovered pet rent charges on my portal and was accused of lying. They insisted on inspecting my apartment because a maintenance worker—who entered without my presence—claimed to see “evidence of a pet” simply because my late dog’s belongings were still there. During the recent furlough, I asked about options in case I faced financial hardship. I was told they would proceed with their usual process, with no flexibility or empathy offered. Rent is sky-high, communication is nonexistent, and repairs are limited to patching up broken items without any real updates or improvements. I moved here for convenience, but if I could leave today, I would. Residents deserve better.

Horrendous and Unsafe!
The absolute worst place I've ever lived ! I would not recommend anyone, with or without kids, stay here. The woman in the front office is absolutely spiteful and will terrorize you with what little power she has out of total malice. They have dissolved any sense remnants of security and are now towing residents vehicles if they park in front of their own building instead of paying the extra fee for the ungated parking garage. And they charge $10 a day for GUEST PASSES that will absolutely not keep you from getting towed. I am still currently awaiting my reimbursement for wrongful towing, and it's been WEEKS ! they send back your mail "mistakenly" and have not accountability whatsoever. You are across from the metro, which i guess some view as a positive for some reason, however, it just brings all the trash from md over with an untraceable escape route. It's absurd. They also pay to send in addicts that are actively tweaked out on things to document your vehicle and habits when you park in the garage. It's truly slumlord living. Please do not give them your money
