The management is terrible, if you can tolerate that then the apartment is worth it
The management is truly terrible. They seem nice when you first go and everything looks great but once you sign they don't care about you anymore. I've been charged fees for things that I had already done, I had issues setting up my bank and they charged me for that, they are unresponsive, unhelpful, people have not received their referral bonus, I was delayed in moving in because they didn't send me the contract, I could go on... There is not a single human in the office that is rational and helpful. The apartment is cheap and the amenities are otherwise fine but just hope you don't have to deal with anyone in management.

Good Community
Lots of Goizueta MBAs stay within Post, which makes it a very lively community. The apartments are good but the closest grocery store is a mile away and Emory shuttles come at a frequency of 20 mins

Large space, easy living, close to campus
Post (Now MAA) Briarcliff is a good development to live at if you want to be close to campus and want a larger space. I live in a one bedroom unit that has been renovated and is over 800 SF and has a large balcony. There are two pools, a gym, a car wash station/vacuum and the community is gated - the gate does not work sometimes and is left open. Management isn't amazing, but it has not been a true problem for me as I have not had any issues that I have really needed them to resolve. I live on the top floor and have never had any noise problems from the people on either side of me. Parking is easy right outside. I had thought that a ton of GBS students would live here based on reviews the past few years, but people have migrated towards Decatur and Old Fourth Ward so there are only a few remaining at Post. You are not that close to bars here, but there is easy access to grocery store and shops to run errands etc.

Good for GBS community
It's been a wonderful experience for me mostly because of the GBS community here. We have had many pool gatherings and parties, often took ubers to parties and bars, and so on. I don't know what I'd have done in quarantine without having my classmates around me. Some people complain about management; I have had no issues.

Great value, shadowed by frustrating service
For the amount of money being paid, everything is pretty good. I share an apartment with a roommate and we each have plenty of space with appliances that are functional if not the newest. Unfortunately, the management staff can be incredibly frustrating to deal with. They are usually pretty prompt with responses for maintenance. However, many instances of the office suggesting a problem has been fixed when it has not. This occurred both before lease signing and as a resident.

You get what you pay for if being close to campus is important
Overall, things are OK. As with most landlords/RE agents, once you sign the contract and pay your rent, you're not much of a concern. Much of the construction (shelving, drawers, etc.) are put together pretty poorly or without any real consideration for actual use.
You could do worse, but you could do better

Post Briarcliff
Great complex close to campus, with Marta/Emory bus services within walking distance. Nice gym and two pools. Management is fair, and is responsive. However, because the complex is so large they are slow to respond to routine issues.

Review title
Good place to live with roommates due to cost, very expensive to live alone and narrow walls can cause some noise complaints
Gated community not far from Emory plus it is next to an Emory bus stop so commute is simple

Golden Drop Cafe--which has outdoor seating incase the pandemic is still uncontrolled when you read this--is just 3 min. down the road. Mason Mill Park, which has tennis courts, a pavillion, and walking trails, is also very near.
