Complex itself is great, management is a huge pain!
The complex itself is great, very affordable, lots of amenities, close location to campus and other areas, it's on the Emory shuttle line which helps if you don't have a car, and it includes 2 pools, tennis courts, 2 laundry rooms, and 24 hour gym. My primary complaint is the management team makes your move in process extremely difficult, they will charge you for anything and everything unless you confront them about it, a lot of things you need to sign for or deliver in person so it's hard to secure your apartment ahead of time if you're remote. Once you're in it should be okay unless you have any maintenance or billing issues then good luck.

Convenient location
Can’t beat the proximity to campus and free Emory shuttle. Walking distance to stores. Price is decent but rent was raised significantly for the second year. Management is unresponsive to issues. Maintenance is generally good.

Good for the grad chapter
All you need as a grad student: simple, cheap, and close to GBS.

Safe and convenient, but management has never been helpful when a request has been made, apartments are over priced for the quality you get. Walls are very thin and it is very disturbing to constantly hear your neighbors music, tv, walking etc.

Nice and clean apartment homes
Apartments are clean and maintained, neighborhood is nice and complex has a sense of community. The complex is large so you have plenty of space inside. However, there are no grocery stores nearby so you have to travel a mile everytime you need something.

Barely any complaints. Cheap for the area, good amenities, good neighbors, feel safe. There are a lot of other students from Emory Med that live here as well. Management responds relatively quickly for maintenance requests, and front office is very good.
Relatively close to Emory, near some restaurants, gym is passable to good, and is generally near anyone else that you might want to drive to to visit. Uber to nightlife is probably around $10-12. Executive Park bus route can sometimes take a while but is nearby and free if you figure out the schedule or use the Rider app.
I would recommend having a car if you're here, as it's free and most places you want to go to will be driving distance.

Really great size an layout that is close to the medical school. Community has 2 pools, gym and business center. Really enjoyed my time other than it is easy to hear neighbors. The worst part was having really bad upstairs neighbors.

Golden Drop Cafe--which has outdoor seating incase the pandemic is still uncontrolled when you read this--is just 3 min. down the road. Mason Mill Park, which has tennis courts, a pavillion, and walking trails, is also very near.
