Bunker Hill Towers
This complex is fantastic and it's only getting better. I first moved here in 2014. Since then, they have renovated every unit and are currently building a new pool and fitness center. In addition, BH is rent-controlled, so get in now. This will be THE place to live by the end of 2017 (and it will also be incredibly expensive).

Love it, and new apartments look great!
I have been living at Bunker Hill Towers for a year and a half now and absolutely love it! While it is true there is a lot of construction going on, it does not really affect those who are gone during the week days. Also, the plans for the building look awesome! I have personally experienced some of the remodeling, as I moved into a remodeled apartment last September. They are AMAZING...and priced very reasonably for the area of downtown it is located. Bunker Hill is about 2 blocks from the financial district -- perfect for working professionals. It is also in a prime spot for lots of new and fun new restaurants and night life! The management is responsive and very helpful, as well. Overall, a great place to live
