Great Value with a lot of Parking
Great value. Each room has their own bathroom. Good neighborhood with a lot of restaurants. Plenty of street parking.

Spacious Apartment that Gets the Job Done
Not a lot of amenities and the non-master bedrooms are a little on the smaller side but, for the price and location, the apartment gets the job done. I like that there are only 12 units (4 rooms on 3 floors), that its close to the Santa Monica and Sawtelle/Sepulveda intersections where there are buses, and that street parking on Beloit is not *terribly* hard to find because apartment buildings are only on one side of Beloit. Living room and dining room areas are spacious but kitchen is small. Management company is very responsive and easy to work with.

Sawtelle Reviews
A decent amount of homeless people but not at the Venice level.
- Close drive to UCLA campus w/ easy access to 405
- Can pick up #1 bus from Santa Monica and Sawtelle bus to UCLA
- Given the area, street parking is not too difficult to find
- Easy walk to Sawtelle for food
- Rent is reasonable given the area
- Small complex with only 12 units so there's not too much noise
- Management is very responsive
Cons:
- Non-master bedrooms are pretty small and one of them has a stand-up shower (not a bathtub)
- Appliances and apartment doesn't feel very "modern" (though everything works)
