Rich Management
The owners are real laid back but take care of concerns pretty quickly. The building is really old with squeeky floors, but most in Cleveland Heights are. The apartment is huge and well worth the price. They also have a decent sized storage closet for each apartment.

Great place and location
I really like living near Coventry. Rich Management has been great to us. We plan on living here for many years. We have only had small repair needs and they are always taken care of quickly. The price is good and the heat is great even on the coldest days of winter. The apartment is huge too!
