Large and renovated apartment with washer/dryer in Cedar-Fairmount

Some of the worst communication (more like lack there of) that I have ever received renting. No one solves the miscommunication/ lies that are told by certain staff members, they love to place blame on clients for any misunderstanding, and they never fix anything they ask you to. The apartment is fine (besides the stuff they won’t fix) but the floors and walls are so thin so you can hear everybody all the time.

I have very much enjoyed renting from Integrity. I have found them to be very kind and prompt when answering emails. They are also good at finding an apartment that is right for you as they have a variety of buildings with various renovation statuses. They are also one of the most affordable companies in Cleveland heights.

Our apartment has worked out very nicely for us so far

My apartment is great! The management company is quick to fix problems as they come up, there is tons of space for two people (and a cat), and the location is close to school and close to Cedar-Fairmount which has bars, a grocery store, and a starbucks. We (briefly) had a couple mice but the management company sent over an exterminator right away. The kitchen is also fairly small, but is standard for the style of building. There isn't resident parking available, but a city lot is located right behind the building which is cheap and easy to get a parking pass for. Overall, the space is perfect for the price, although it is definitely an older building and not a luxury space.

Management is always responsive for repairs. Decent sized rooms. Only complaint is that the walls are very thin, but for the most part neighbors are quiet. Dishwasher and garbage disposal in kitchen, but laundry facilities are behind the building. Was nervous because we signed the lease site unseen, but now we (2 cats and roommate) plan to stay all 4 years!
