Avergae Place

Great location, although somewhat dangerous after dark. Poor management, elevator breaks often, heat and hot water go out often. Very old building with many maintenance issues. Cockroaches and mice are a constant problem. Poor communication between management and residents. The building itself is rather charming and antique-like.
