Good location and management
Located close to I-40, which allows for quick access to Raleigh. Close to grocery, retail, and healthcare. A few miles north of Franklin Street, so the area is quiet, relaxed, and suburban. Management has been prompt with maintenance requests. Has nice amenities (pool, grills, gym, dog park, and business center with free printer). Plenty of available parking for residents and guests.

great apartment
spacious, beautiful hardwood floors/home features, large balcony, no noise issues, very responsive and pleasant management, close to many restaurants, grocery stores, ABC store, and easy freeway access. Love everything about this apartment except that there are not many MBA students
