Great location, great management

This apartment is spacious and unique. I moved here in August, and have had zero qualms. The only negative is no in-unit laundry, but the walk to the laundry room is short and there is always an available machine. The Mordecai neighborhood is quiet and just a short drive from my school. I have truly loved living here!

Lovely and spacious townhomes

I love this apartment complex! My unit is spacious, yet cozy. Neighbors are extremely friendly. There are trees for shade, which definitely helps in the summer. Maintenance is timely and professional. The one drawback is communal laundry, however I knew the situation going into signing the lease so that was my choice.

Downtown Raleigh Reviews

Super close to tons of food places, bars, a grocery store, and down the street from basically anything you’d need. Downtown Raleigh can be a little rough sometimes so just be careful walking alone when it’s late!
I have walked home late some nights and have never felt unsafe. The Lincoln is very close to several bars and restaurants. The City Market area is a fun place to hang out and go shopping. Before COVID, there was an open air market there every Wednesday.
There is lots to do in the warehouse district and tons of amazing restaurants within walking distance! And the biggest perk of all is that my commute to school is a 4-5 minute walk.
We are so close to many bars and restaurants but also far enough from Glenwood street that there isn't much noise.
I love being right downtown. It is so convenient, and its so nice being so close to campus.
It's downtown Raleigh, so an ideal location but can be loud.
I love Raleigh, I think it's a perfect example of "big city, small town feel." The food is great, the bar scene is what you make of it, and there is plenty of accessible sidewalk.
Downtown is what you would think if would be, a lot going on! Safer than the downtowns I'm used to (Little Rock, AR & Memphis,TN) so I've never felt uncomfortable being out in the city and I don't know that many peopld I know have either! Lots to do and see!
