Solid Apartments for Graduate Students
While the apartments aren't the newest, they are pretty nice, especially for the price. They offer a student package that includes utilities and rent, and access to all other GSC apartment amenities. The maintenance team here are really nice people who are happy to help out. The apartment complex is all graduate students and some families. It's outside the center of town so it's quiet, but it's still on Franklin Street, so it's close and everything is easily accessible. There are 4 separate bus lines that stop outside the building that take you directly onto campus. I met my best friends here!

Decent Location, Good Value
The apartment was recently remodeled, so the appliances are pretty new.
The residents are pretty quiet (mostly grad students + retirees). Staff is solid; maintenance/repair usually got done in less than 24 hours. The location is close to Trader Joe, Harris Teeter, and a number of other shops, so you don't need a car to get around. There's a bus line that gets you to school (Take 45 minutes). The building is old, though.
