I have had no issues with the neighborhood, it is pretty quiet. There are a few hospitals around the apartment complex so there are ambulances going around, but it is pretty good as a whole.

Wonderful quiet neighborhood with great paths for walking dogs or just taking walks. I live .3 miles from the arboretum.

Wingra Residences are located near the villas park neighborhood - on the south side of "downtown." You are walking distance from the arboretum, the zoo, both parks (Brittingham & villas), and also only 1/2 mile from Regent street where all football game tailgates occur.
