This is a very good neighborhood with a pretty even mix of homeowners vs. renters. It’s a really nice community with a neighborhood pantry where you can drop off and pick up food as you like. It’s also very close to multiple lakes, parks, and bike baths, and it’s a short bus or bike ride to campus!

I love the neighborhood! A good mix of families, students, and young professionals. We are right by the lake, have great parks nearby and are next door to the soccer field!

Neighborhood is still developing on certain blocks, but there are a bunch of great restaurants and bars in the area. I have never felt unsafe walking home alone late at night.

The neighborhood is super safe, pet friendly, and mostly young professionals and graduate students. It is great walking the dog in the afternoon ad you'll see other families out and you're close to public parks and the capital!

There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance, a good grocery store, access to multiple bus lines and bike paths, and you are a quick walk to the shops on Willy and/or Johnson street.
