Factory District

Great location just east of the capital. Management onsite and friendly. On site gym and coffee shop. Pet friendly

Nice apartment with decent storage

Smaller apartment but the kitchen has a decent amount of counter space and very nice appliances. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Decent amount of storage with the option for a storage unit. Nice balcony and good lighting from the large windows. The apartments are well insulated from noise of neighbors and the building as a whole is relatively quite. Great workout room for residents and a dog run in the back which is awesome, especially in the winter
