Great place to live

Kew Gardens is very convenient to campus as well as the Dupont area. The building is older but has a lot of charm and beauty. The management company is responsive and quick to help.

Older building with charm in Georgetown

Kew Gardens is about a 20 minute walk from campus and right in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood. It's also a quick walk to Dupont. Some apartments are renovated and some are not but all of them are nice. The price includes all utilities. Neighbors are friendly and the staff is attentive. I haven't seen any bugs or other pests. Would definitely recommend!

Kew Gardens

The apartment is in a good location, including easy-access to the L2 and L4 bus lines which go straight to American University when campus reopens, in a quiet neighborhood with a large student population. The area is especially good for Jewish students as there is a quite large community here.

Kew Gardens

Responsive management, cozy relaxing and beautiful space. Building is old which has some downsides but consistent renovation help negate that.

Georgetown Reviews

Literally the perfect neighborhood in DC. It's right on the border of Georgetown, Dupont Circle, and Foggy Bottom. They are the best three neighborhoods in DC, and you are basically a part of all three of them in this location. It is extremely safe and quiet, but also a short walk into the busier parts of town for entertainment.
Georgetown is the perfect place if you want to live somewhere that is safe and quiet.
Georgetown provides a good balance of a quieter living along with good proximity to local bars and restaurants.
So much to do and always lively! Kind of gives you a city feel but still relaxed. Grocery stores are close and there are many shopping/dining/ bars to go to. Close to the waterfront and movie theater is two blocks away. Boat rentals is walking distance and there are great running trails!
Georgetown is a quiet, safe neighborhood with tree-lined brick sidewalks that make it look more of a southern city like Savannah than the rest of D.C.
Georgetown is a great place to live if you spend a lot of time on Georgetown's campus. The school is in walking distance and the neighborhood has a cozy feel. Great proximity to bars, restaurants, shopping. However, Georgetown is cut off from the rest of DC and it is a bit more difficult to get to/from other areas of the city.
Excellent neighborhood and within walking distance of hospital. Very safe.
Beautiful neighborhood that provides suburban feel with inner city proximity. More residential with less places to go out than some other neighborhoods but still close enough access to anything you would need
