Hunt Club Review
I have a newly renovated apartment and it’s awesome. I wish more of the units were freshly renovated. I like how quiet the area is and how close the Trader Joe’s is (I could walk there easily). Management leaves you alone however I have to get my own packages sent through USPS at the Post-Office because they have it set up with them not to leave any packages. This can be pretty annoying at times. Rent is a bit high for my liking but as it’s a freshly renovated apartment, worth it. Communication with the management team is delayed often times and they have a very complex system where you don’t really know who the right person is to contact. The maintenance team is awesome. Very quick to respond and get your issues fixed. Overall it’s a great place with some minor inconveniences.

Convenience is worth the price
The apartment complex has a gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, basketball/tennis court and a racketball court. The facilities are clean and the maintenance crew is very good. Location is great, close to the highway so you can easily get anywhere (except for the traffic) and there is a Trader Joes within a five minute walk. About a 15 minute drive to Lewis and Clark Law School and there is typically no traffic heading that direction in the mornings.
