Old, broken building with horrible management
I lived at the Vue apartments for about a year during my first year of law school. The area was fantastic, right in downtown and basically on PSU's campus. Literally everything else about the VUE was garbage. They raised rent, despite cutting services. They hired a new management company who was rude and even screamed at me for going into the office one day. The building was old, falling apart, rat and bug infested. Really truly a horrible place to live.
